Diese App ist einfach nur traurig. Da wird man von RB Leipzig gezwungen eine App herunterzuladen, um sein Team im Stadion sehen zu können. RB ist mir egal, aber solche Aktionen führen nicht dazu, dass man großartig Sympathien zu diesem Verein aufbauen möchte.

Furchtbar
Warum auch diese Software Zugriff auf Bluetooth und das Adressbuch? Erst mal funktioniert es auch ohne diesen Zugriff aber wenn man eine Karte weitergeben muss zum Beispiel an eine Begleitperson muss man Swing das Adressbuch freigeben. Das ist definitiv ein Datenschutz Verstoß es ist völlig unklar was mit den Daten aus dem Adressbuch passiert! RB gibt an, man müsse sich nur mit vor und Nachnamen registrieren. Die App verlangt aber zwingend Adresse und Telefonnummer. Dies ist ein weiterer Datenschutz Verstoß! ich war immer gerne in Leipzig aber dies ist definitiv das letzte Spiel dort für mich!

Awful App - Not suitable for UK use
Downloaded, signed in with email address used to buy tickets, I have now been stuck at the about you page for 3 hours with the app telling me my “zip code” and phone number is not valid, unable to change to a UK based form with post code and number that’s recognised

Is crap. Ive tried to input both my mobile and home fone nos in every variation and wasted a good half hour

Avoid this app
Just bought tickets for Lancashire cricket and thought I would try the download option using this app. Big mistake! Took three verification codes to start the account settings then on the profile page it doesn’t recognise UK postcode or city so can’t go any further. Deleted the app and started again, took me straight to profile page only to have same problem as before then froze my phone.
Given up and printed off tickets now, another 2 A4 sheets wasted.

It DOES work.
Please disregard the review from mrandmrsross. The point of the app is NOT to download a ticket to print off. The app downloads a barcode which is then scanned directly from your phone by the attendant at the ground before you enter.
Rubbish
I have 7 tickets purchased. So far, one is showing up on the app.
Did not work
Downloaded it to save paying extra booking fees to print tickets for the cricket- they then wouldn’t sync to the app- had to go to the ticket office and collect tickets- fortunately lancs cricket club were very accommodating.
