too many ad not enough characters not enough buildings and some time it glitches I clicked a building please fix

For some reason I wrote a review and it disappeared, it was deleted for some reason I think, so I’m making a new one.
The glitch is that when a drag an animal onto the screen the screen no longer scrolls. The animal just moves, even if my finger isn’t on it. It can’t eat, scroll, sit, lay, drink, or do any interactions. So I Dragon another one on. I try and move one animal and then they group together and won’t detach, they just sit there in a clump. So weird... I tried refreshing, powering off my device, reinstalling and everything else I could think of.... I think this only happens to me, but please reply with help.
Overall good game. I don’t like how most of it is purchases, but what is free is good other then this glitch. Though, unfortunately I can’t give it a 5 star until I can play it, because this glitch makes it physically impossible to play 😿😢
Once it’s fixed or I at least get a reply I’l give it 4 stars, not 5 due to the overuse of in-app purchases. But like I said, good game overall. One last thing: This is the only game Ik of yours that Ik of that has this glitch

You have more bug
So.... when I got on the game I thought it was just my iPad but it was showing up math problems and it would reset so fast I couldn’t answer them. I tried to get off and get back on but it was doing the same thing and I realized that’s ur app. So you should fix it.

Have bought this game and restarted the game several times and now it won’t work at all. It starts and then an addition problem comes on the screen buts keeps refreshing so quickly you can’t answer it. No matter what the answer though it sends you to a website that it can’t find. Tried to use your customer service link and sent this message there but it tells me it won’t send there either.
