Camera for Reciepts

Hello I think there is a problem with the plus add sign on the home page of your app when it’s open it’s blank black what does it do I thought it pictures your reciepts

Rubbish

Advertisements pulls yoh in saying it uses Amazon but doesn’t

It then it won’t let me pick which “outlook” email to use..it’s automatically picking my work one rather than my personal one..which is a complete waste of time!

Doesn’t work.

I saw an advert for this app come up on Instagram (January 2023) and I thought it sounded good so downloaded the app, set it up and it said it was taking a while to collect all the information when the screen decided to go blank so I closed the app and reopened it and still get a blank white screen! I left it open for a while to see if it would change but it doesn’t so I immediately uninstalled the app as was worried about my email security. I can see that the app hasn’t been updated for over a year so it might not be working with the latest iOS software but it’s a shame as I thought it sounded good.

Great app

Requests full access to emails so read them to see what you have bought and then sends an email to the company, but i have claimed so much money back! Best app for shopping!

Asks to access to emails

It seems untrustworthy to ask for access to your emails. Even if it is just to scan for shopping emails it’s to much private information to ask for unfortunately :(

Love the idea

Brilliant idea. I really want to use it but I feel full access to emails even though you only use shopping ones it abit much for me. Maybe there’s a way users can select for you to maybe only see the emails from certain companies ie argos sainsburys,jd L, size. tussuti etc. maybe if the user could select the company’s that we allow you to see emails from it would help put our mind at ease and give you more profit. :) thanks hope this helps :)

False advertising

Absolutely disgusting, asking for emails etc for refunds, have to add bank card to be charged 25% fee, definitely not using this app

Need to give access to email!! Not Ok

I saw this app in an ad and thought wow, neat concept and maybe I could get a little bit of money back,
I looked around and seemed to have good trip advisor reviews (although limited - only around 86).
The app description says you can upload your receipts for them to check however upon opening the app, it asks you to link your email account for them to scan and check instead.

For me and many people their is lots of sensitive info within our emails and just stuff companies don’t need to know. So unfortunately I can’t actually use this app from the start.

Disappointing but their is no way I’m giving a random company access to all my emails and I bet most people will feel the same.
