Wont connect
I have followed the instructions many times and it says I am connected to the product but when I push start there is no camera view or anything, I have tried many times and still won’t work

I’m trying to sync the app and when I try to connect it I can’t because I don’t have the password to the HBY_TED…. Network. HELP!

Why do I need to join a wifi connection why doesn’t it have Bluetooth? It’s strange how you have to join a wifi connection to be able to use it.
App doesn’t work
It showed one view then stopped working. Fail
Freezes and drops
The app requires that you connect your phone to the otoscope but then will drop connection frequently causing you to have to re-pair and set up connection then start all over.
The app showing the view from camera will often freeze or start glitching and jumping around.
If your phone times out you have to restart the entire process.
App is not compatible with my iPad which would have been a lot easier.
Do not recommend. Not user friendly.
