Can I longer log in via the App!!
There is no function to be able to reset a password either, vendor is not responding to emails or requests for assistance.
The tracker still works and provides location information via text but there is now was to use the app now. BERY disappointed as this was working well up until earlier this year.

App has stopped logging in making the tracker useless

All of a sudden I can no longer log in to the app for live tracking.
Says username or password error. Nothing has changed. Don’t waste your time or frustration with this useless app.

I too have had my tracker stopped on the app
And there is no way of updating your password to try and log in
Customer service is always down according to the generic email I receive back
Now i have a tracker and a topped up sim card for no reason.
Very poor
