This banking app is terrible. It's confusing. It doesn't seem to be in real time. I try to transfer money and it doesn't work, then it goes through after I do Zelle instead. Then, I'm charged for a transfer from savings. It's nothing but frustration.

It keeps saying to update but it doesn’t let me and I can’t view my account on line
Mostly Unusable
I can log in, but my accounts don’t update most of the time and I can’t use any of the other options if that doesn’t happen. Seems like a bug or performance issue that never gets addressed.

App changed
Ever since they combined the card management app into the TLC app, payments don’t post until days after the purchase is made leaving my account never up to date. It also doesn’t notify users anymore if money is deposited to your account, only if a charge is posted. Very frustrating

The pin change could have been automatic, unless for privacy purposes etc . My card declined on debit but it got fixed fast. Thank you
