Worst App in History
Cleared app cache. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Updated iOS. Unlinked & relinked & signed in to TV Provider. Powered on & off. No use. Shows glitch & stops playing just keeps buffering at the very first commercial break of every show due to malfunctioning ads on TLC’s end.

So many ads, 5 minutes btw short amts of content, same ad 6 times in a row, HBO house of dragon. Pay a fortune for cable and this is the quality we get.
App not working
This app does not link with tv provider. Have made several attempts to get this resolved but nothing yet. I am missing shows. Not good.
BUGGY
This app needs some serious updating, cannot watch anything without it constantly having to load, doesn’t remember where I left off. It’s so bad
Disappointed
I loved being able to watch Pillow Talk no matter where I was… But I just found out that they canceled pillow talk and let go of those working on it… Beyond disappointed as it was the only TLC show I enjoyed.
No sign in with TV provider
A week ago sign with my tv provider stopped working. Notified Verizon so far no fix. Works on the Fios mobile app. So much for smart TV’s and IPhones. It says can’t find the page.

Too many ads. Like sheesh you get 2 mins of programming and 5 mins of ads. And it’s the same ads over and over no I’m not voting for McCann pls leave me alone

There’s 8 adds like every 5 mins into the show ik that’s how they make their money but does there have to be that many adds
Commercials Over and Over
This app repeats the same 7 commercials every 10 minutes. I don’t know what’s up but that’s what it’s doing in my iPhone. I’ll adjust this if it gets better.
One big infomercial
I noticed when I downloaded the app on my new tv it had like 3:5 stars but I actually like a lot of the shows on TLC. I rated it low because it’s really like one big infomercial with bits of a show. An hour long episode is probably actually 20 minutes long and you’ll watch 40 minutes of ads. These streaming services are getting ridiculous because now they want to bombard you with commercials and then offer you cable tv prices for each individual app to go without ads. If we did what they expected just to be able to watch tv we’d probably be paying over $1k monthly in subscriptions with no ads easy. With that said I’m back to focusing on my books because none of this is really worth any of it😂

Connecting errors
The app does not let me completely watch a show. As soon as the 7 ads come on the app disconnects from my tv and the shows resumes from the beginning. I’ve been trying to watch one show for like two hours now.

This is the second time that I’m unable to watch anything. I uninstalled app and the first time it happened, I contacted my provider . Why does this happen every couple of weeks? I pay big bucks for my tv subscription, so there is 0 reason for this to keep happening! Please help!!! When it works, great! Stop doing this!!!

Super frustrating app
Every time I try to watch and cast it on my TV, it constantly stops and I have to keep restarting. Today it made me start from the beginning of my program after watching about an hour. The app does NOT allow me to fast forward through it. It’s not worth the frustration.
App is horrible now.
Constantly having to restart the app and rewind and restart shows because of the pausing, the issue is consistent on EVERY SINGLE DEVICE INCLUDING THE TV.
Doesn’t let me watch anything
I do not have a tv provider. I can’t watch ANYTHING FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY 1 star!
