Rip off
I signed up in February and got a 50% discount on a one year. I paid $49.99. I used it in February and then have not used it since. I tried to get into it today and I won’t let me login. I feel like I’ve been ripped off there is nobody to contact to get this going again. Do not purchase this app.

Serious bugs
I have a ‘failed’ note instructing me to upload again, but that option is frozen. I also have several notes, dating back to April 13, that are stuck in a “creating notes” loop and never complete the process. Support request is acknowledged but never followed up on. Highly frustrating!!
