تطبيق جدا عشوائية نص الخاصيات الي في التطبيق م تشتغل يلغي الطلب من نفسه من اول 10 دقايق و عروضهم جداً سيئة!! افشل تطبيق بالنسبة لي 👎

Extremely poor experience
First they accept your order and then they cancel your order without any notification. Most basic feature missing in their service

طلبت طلبيه و انخصم مني المبلغ 3 مرات تواصلت مع الدعم و خبرتهم عن الموضوع و بعد أسبوع وصلني المبلغ مره وحده بدل مرتين المشكله ان هاذي الحركه صارت معي قبل مرتين أنا ندمان أني استخدم هاذا التطبيق.

Misleading Delivery Times and Lack of Transparency
I’m very disappointed with TM Done lately. There’s absolutely no credibility when it comes to delivery times. You place an order expecting it to arrive within the estimated time, but it keeps getting delayed and every time you call to complain, they give the same excuse: the driver is picking up multiple orders.
This important detail is never mentioned anywhere in the app when placing an order. If I knew my food would be delayed because the driver was delivering for several customers at once, I would’ve made a different choice. It feels misleading and unfair.
TM Done seriously needs to be more transparent about their service instead of wasting customers’ time.

why I forcing me to same my credit card & NOT asking me about OTP?? why don’t you give us the option to not save the card? i may want to use different card! but I don’t want to save it in the app … wither the app is secure or not …. its my choice to save the card or NOT.! Please give us our freedom if we want to save or not!!!

طلبت كوب قهوة و وصلني بارد بسبب انه الموظف مصر ما ينزل من سيارته عشان وصل كوب و بعد نص ساعة نزل و بعد تقديم البلاغ للموظف خدمة العملاء يقولي بكل دم بارد انتظر. نشوف موضوع من 3الى 4 ايام

Worst app ever
Wont let me log into my number. Wont let me sign up with a new number. Wont let me use my credit card i always have to do cash. Really slow delivery it takes an hour or more sometimes. I hope all these issues are fixed.
