Fed up
My app times out all the time . I’m always having issues with it. Kind of fed up with this whole system
Master controller turns light off and on periodically for no reason during a lights on period.
I find that it isn’t as accurate as other items, example: apogee par meter vs Trolmaster’s par meter. Trolmaster has become subpar for this game
Improvement over old app
I had the previous TrolMaster app. It was pretty poor, this one is a lot prettier, and all works fine. I did have an issue adding my controller, but with help from support, that’s all good. Support is prompt and no AI bot screening before reaching a human. Big plus, because as everyone knows, AI screening sucks.

I like this system
I’ve been using this for a few years. The app isn’t the most beautiful but it’s dead simple and works.
App is meh, device is solid
I’ve had this for a few years now. While the app isn’t ideal, it has always worked for me and gets the job done. The hardware and sensors themselves have been very solid.

Don’t waste your money buying anything trol master. The app is trash. Do the developers not use the app? If they did, they would make it more user friendly. There’s so many better, cheaper options.

Pretty easy to use
I see a lot of neg reviews like green machine 128. This guy has to have 5th grade level IQ because the TM+Pro app has to be the most basic app to use. Been using it over 5 years never had a problem have several controls linked to it I can check everything from my phone and make changes (lighting schedules, feed schedules, environmental,etc.

Wonky Performance
The historical data within the controllers does not work well. The time stamps aren’t in chronological order. It’ll skip from AM to PM randomly as well. Lots of bugs
Why is it so trash.
I have 5 set ups with all the bells and whistles. I haven’t logged into the app for a few months and now it won’t even show devices even though I entered them several times and deleted and redownloaded it all. This whole system is terrible. I’m removing everything and switching brands. Everything is great when new but if you’re serious this isn’t the system. Everything has bugs, system doesn’t work well and needs contestant calibrations. The App isn’t even an app anymore and u can’t even view most of your info when u actually need it. Garbage, garbage, garbage.

Buggy schedule page for years
The schedule page data entry fields are ridiculously buggy. Seems a simple fix but yet it endures. Would also be nice to get some sort of indication that the ports on the 24v and 110v devices are on for a quick visual confirmation without having to physically go look at the device itself.
To many AI players
The amount of AI players is unbelievable. The way the developers have you miss straight in putts. Deleting this game
Trolmaster app not working
We downloaded the app , but it can not display the data , can you please help me seat it up ?
Not what I expected!!
I,as a customer, went and spend over $3700.00 on equipments and bot to have a current reading but an whenever the app feels like giving you one,not happy and not worth the headache!!! You boys need to grow up and reach the sky,if you think the sky is the limit!! Good luck!!
Garbage
I’ve had this for about 2 1/2 years and all it’s done is caused me trouble first it quit working with the air conditioners then the dehumidifying system went out and now it’s not even telling me the time
