Worst app I have ever used, multiple pathways, blocks, restrictions asking you to sign in with no option to create account or forgot password…apparently I have a historic account but no way of regaining access…POOR
Terrible app and website
Both app and website are glitchy, the app is so inconsistent and often won’t let you pay for things in the basket. Infuriating
Tee time booking
Due to having booked a society, I can’t book a tee times now because it says that you have outstanding charges on your account. This cannot be right.
Utter rubbish
Try to book a tee time using the filters noting comes up. When I login, I can search. I add the time to my basket but when I come to pay it all goes to pot. The loading animation just never stops. I tap remove to start again, nothing happens!! THE most frustrating app to book things I have ever used. Get a proper company to provide you with the service rather than try and cobble it together yourselves.

Rubbish new booking system
What has happened to the old booking system. Thai is impossible
Golf booking
Having difficulty in getting access to homepage to make bookings. System works occasionally but most times does not connect. Fellow member has contacted me today having the same problem. He tried old system today (13 Dec) & it still worked! Is new system fully active & proven? It appears to be very hit & miss.

This app can’t manage basic functionality for its purpose.
Poult Wood Golf Club
Worst app ever, you click on a tee time and then it tells you how many spaces available, there may only be one and you may need two, you then click return but instead of seeing the tee times you have to re log in and start over. All available tee times and how many spaces should be available before you click on it. So frustrating, I give up with the app and use the telephone instead!

The most infuriating app!!
Somehow this app makes trying to book a swimming slot the most heart rate raising exercise of the whole day! Having typed my email address numerous times, reset my password endlessly and followed every prompt, I ended up on a page where it was trying to get me to sign up for a membership. Coming out of the app and restarting the process led me a bit further but then gave me a message that I would have to contact my local centre to book. And, guess what? The recorded message there tells me to book online or via the app and then rings for ages. I’m only trying to book a swim session… I need a lie down now!

Doesn’t work since the last update
Since the update 4 days ago it now won’t even launch on my iPhone. TBH it’s not a great app. I have to log in and out to 4 accounts to book the family in for a swim.
Rubbish.
Incredibly difficult to navigate and find my way around anything. I’m very tech savvy so am able to figure things out normally but the app and website always have links which lead to completely redundant information. I’ve simply been trying to book swimming at a specific swimming pool for children and yet I’m getting paragraphs of information about things which bare no relevance to the links I have clicked on such as golf and various classes. Incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. Useless.

Stopped working
App suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago. Will not let me log in to book classes.

Awful for a first time user of the app
It says you can make a booking in the App but there is no option for golf, it just redirects you to the website and then the filter process for day/time selection is poor

Terrible website
Very difficult to actually book anything. The login option doesn’t have an option to create an account so you have to come out, find how to register a new account, fill in all that and create a login. Mine then didn’t work anyway and all the slots for what I wanted to book had gone. Unnecessarily complicated, I wanted to book swimming and just pay, and don’t see why I needed to be registered to do that
