Full of issues
Have lost lot of money based on this software
Worst experience of billing software
So i met them at aahar 2024 at delhi had a discussion with them for my issue of multipal company at one outlet
They had insured me that they have an option for this in thier software i took a demo and understood the billing and all . For some of the issue i took it in thier word like two company running on a hardware thier billing number different and all other
I told them that i wanted to start asap so paid them the same day i got thier p.i and told them to start uploading menu it took them 7 days almost to upload my menu with different options still there were issue in it
The backhand support is very eager on saying no to every issue you raise them also they don’t keep a tab on all the issues you inform them you would have to inform them multiple times to get one issue solve if you give them 10 issues they will solve 5 of them and then you have to tell them that you haven’t done the rest of 5 the back hand team has vaibhav, mohsin and deepa out of them only deepa would try to solve the issue rest have thier own ego
P s - also vaibhav will ask you to learn excel first then only give him the menu as he wanted that in excel which would be easy for him to do his work so if you don’t have an knowledge of excel you shouldn’t buy this software
Again coming to the main issue when i took things on thier word about managing multipal company under one outlet they failed to mention that what ever they had told me was for just making the sales and that is not possible in thier software
So after spending money ,time and my energy i landed up making a fool of myself by people like vaibhav moshin and forgot to mention arshad
If you want to buy a software for billing and get insulted and waste your time money and energy this software is your place
