TMC Blue receives the measurements from the medical devices and sends them to the Telemedcare platform. This data is displayed in real time through the Telemedcare platform and trough integrated third-party platforms to be evaluated by health professionals.
Telemedcare provides an open platform for remote patient care through remote monitoring, measurement and transmission of vital signs such as blood oxygen, temperature, blood pressure, blood glucose, ECG, weight, etc. and applications for the exploitation of these measurements for physicians, patients and families, allowing a personalized and proactive medicine.
