Cant scroll
Cant scroll through jobs or environment at all
Very glitchy
Can not scroll through job stories.
Freezes and will not clock on or off.
No areas to add machine hrs or klms.
Very hard to search for jobs.
Randomly does not upload stories to equip.
Cannot see previous job stories through app.

Unresponsive/glitchy
Software developer has alot to fix too many problems with IOS 13 + keep using PC version as wasting time trying to clock on costs money , good idea poor execution can be resolved with developer to address bugs , then it will become a time efficient app to use
Continual freezing
Would not recommend this but unfortunately I have to use it very poor system

Consistently the app freezes.
When filling out stories and saving, the story does not upload to EQUIP.
When searching for jobs, the jobs all come up as same description and VERY difficult to find exact job.
Also the screen when filling out the story or work carried out is very bad to use.
Very small box and cannot scroll up or down to check story.
Also no areas to put in vehicle kms or hours.
In remote areas when out of mobile service the app is unusable, you cannot fill out story’s and clock off that job and then onto another job. It will not save the information and upload later, just doesn’t do anything but freeze up.
I am a field technician that uses this app daily and it is terrible.
Creates double my work load due to these errors trying to sort out clients invoices.
May as well use paper time sheets and job cards.
Please help with these issues.
