No stickers
When I go to select the stickers they’re not there. This didn’t happen until I updated my phone.

I recently updated my iOS and now when I select the stickers I get a blank screen. I’m not sure if this was going on before the update. I need my stickers back. LOL

I reached out to support and they responded with some troubleshooting steps. Ultimately I had to remove/delete and reinstall for them to work properly after my iOS update.
From the Messages app choose a text thread/contact
Click the AppStore icon if the sticker selection isn’t visible below the text input bubble
Swipe from right to left along the stickers and choose the 3 dots
On the pop up screen if the sticker app is in Favorites swipe from right to left to remove from favorites on TMNT Stickers
Find TMNT Stickers again below More Apps and swipe from right to left again to delete
Then search for TMNT Stickers in the AppStore and reinstall

Not working. Bug
Have an iPhone XS plus and none of stickers load. Just shows empty images where stickers should be. Have deleted and reinstalled as well.

I LOVE TMNT, but I can’t use the stickers, and can’t access your website to report my device because it always redirects me to my country’s version of nickelodeon... i have an iPhone 6S and an iPad 5 WiFi, the apps never showed any kind of error messages... latest update didn’t do anything...

I got the stickers just fine you have to go through the AppStore in the iMessage thing
Sticker won't show
When I'm in iMessage, and select tmnt sticker it's open a window with tmnt sticker but there isn't any of them.
I'm using iPhone 6s.

Not seeing stickers
I downloaded portal power to get the stickers and they don't show up anymore. Also an update said they added seasonal stickers and I see no added stickers.
