Do not download this app. Tennessee lottery has been by a lot of residents about this out being a scam. You’re taking this out directly from the Tennessee Lottery website. We know a lot of people who have even tried to link their credible bank accounts. It will not let anybody link their bank account and will tell you to contact pavilion payments, but it keeps having you to input your Social Security number, which is a scam and fraudulent and can be stealing people identities. Every single person is told by pavilion payments to contact the Tennessee lottery and that you can’t try to submit another application with Pavilion for six months. Tennessee lottery tells you that it’s not them and it’s not on their end. Therefore, it’s a SCAM!!!!

They collect your info, including social, force entering your personal banking to make a deposit through third party Plaid, then nothing happens. You cannot make a purchase. This is just a scam way to collect your most personal data and resell it. Stay far away

This lottery has a lot of issues I have deleted and add this at least 5 or 5 times a month need this fixed as I love playing on line no wait in lines so please fix the issues

If Tenn can let us win like other states it would be ok. If anyone notice Tenn is the first state to play Mon-Fri and every state use them. Why not put wildball on the app you have it in the store. One of these states need to bring pick 5 Tenn you need to much money you all take in and not give out.

Not linking with VIP rewards account
Not about to link with vip rewards account after several attempts to get it corrected. Frustrating

It won’t let me add my bank account I’ve tried several times I’ve deleted my account and created a new one still the same problem I’ve tried using my other bank account still nothing. Tennessee lottery fix this issue ASAP!!!!!!!

Downloaded the app to my iPad a month ago and added funds. Kept getting error message when I tried to complete purchase for tickets. Couldn’t withdraw funds back to bank account. After googling issues numerous times, finally figured out location services needed to be turned on for this app! You should make this clear to people up front. Very frustrating.

If you win big, your name is attached to the winnings. You do not have the option to collect the winnings to a trust or whatever your accountant & attorney advises. If you have a paper ticket your options are endless. I will pass.

What’s the point of an app that makes you link bank accounts if the system does not work. It’s absolutely useless
