Needs Major Improvement for Real-World Use
This app is clunky and not user friendly. It doesn’t show my live location or how far away I am from plant and vehicles, which makes it hard to manage crews and equipment on site. The lack of Google Maps integration is a big drawback — you can’t navigate directly to machines or vehicles.
Compared to other fleet tracking systems, the mobile app feels stripped down and outdated. The desktop version has more features, but in the field this app just doesn’t keep up. If Teletrac Navman wants to compete with providers like Samsara or Fleet Complete, the mobile experience needs a complete overhaul.
Until then, it’s basically just a basic reference tool, not a true fleet management app. They charge $40 a month per tracker. Terrible value for money.

Won't remember login
Ok app but won't remember login details. Frustrating having to log in every single time I open it .

The app keeps logging me out and won’t save my username and password so I don’t have to type it in every time

No vehicle location after update
Use app all the time to manage our fleet of trucks
But after auto updates of apps
Found the location of vehicle / address showing with each vehicle rego is no longer there, which means having to go into each and ever vehicle individually and zooming into the maps to find vehicle locations
Which makes use of the tracking app impossible when managing on the going and not at a computer
This needs to be fixed urgently as it makes the app useless!
