Never find the TNAS even in the same network

This is such a useless application. Not usable at all. Wifi connected PC finds the TNAS easily but this app in the same WiFi network never finds it with the same account login info. Terrible.

No matter how hard I try, I just couldnā€™t connect to my device. This is useless.

Does not work

Canā€™t find my Terramaster NAS. Huge disappointment. My Synology iPhone app works great with my Synology NAS. Should have bought a second Synology unit.

Worked after assigning a reserved static ip

I was having issues logging in, was giving me an illegal operation error. After assigning a static ip address through my eero it works. Would be helpful if instructions to deal with errors were present on the app. Everything seems to work properly after this change, including the backup feature.
