App works ok, but used a ton of devices battery.
This app works ok to access the files on my TNAS from my phone. However it used a ton of battery running in the background, even when background refresh is turned off. It’s 2026, this should not be an issue.

This app can’t find either my old Tnas or my brand new one. Half baked software from TM is pretty normal .

This app is as barebones as they come. You can only upload 99 files at a time and there is no select all option. Please fix this and I will update my review. Thank you.
Works great for me!
This app works great for me to access the files on my TNAS from my phone. Just need to make sure you have Local Network access turned on for the app.

App doesn’t work and keeps crashing

Very basic app
Lot of time crashed while backing up on iPhone and support suggestion to delete and redownload the app. Lot of issues.
Works for admin, image backup still flaky
While the admin tools work well, the image backup functionality does not appear to work very well with certain images, it just hangs forever
Does not work in the UK
Downloaded the app, but it will not find the drive using it. Keep notifying that this is not available in this region or country. Can log onto the server through Web, but the app is absolutely useless.
Hangs on backing up iPhone videos
Does not appear related to size of video. Any pictures after the video file that won’t back-up, also will not be backed up. Workaround in review before this one does not work for me. Rebooting Terra NAS does not help. Hard reboot of iPhone also does not resolve problem. No technical support. Have been trying to complete a picture/ video backup of my iPhone for 3 weeks. Should have bought another NAS. Disappointed!

Unusable
Can’t connect from iPhone even with correct IP address. Also they expect you to scan a QR code from the app which isn’t possible on a single device.

Worst app; never ever connects unless I am at home. Constantly drops the signal. Peace pipes connect better. Should have remained with Synology.

I’ve been using it for a while now, it’s honestly fantastic. It’s super easy to navigate and it makes managing my files on my F6-424 a total breeze! The remote access features work like a charm, no hiccups at all. It’s quick, reliable and packed with everything I need currently.

Keep refusing to remotely login
No longer works with TOS 5
TOS 6 is still in beta but it’s now the only OS version that will connect to this terrible app. Last time I used this app it crashed constantly and wouldn’t stay connected to my NAS. The software support from Terramaster is awful. Over the last year I have come to regret my purchase due to the sheer number of bugs and broken experiences.
