Really difficult apps
You really need to work in this app, work on making the app friendly user and easier way to connect with your NAS
Crashing
App doesn’t work and keeps crashing
T5 app removed
Many many users on TOS 5 cos tos 6 upgrsde is either a major rebuild that comes with a risk or not possible, please host the legacy app for 5 users as well . Apple Auto update has killed my mobile access to my NAS :) like many other users I’m sure. Side loading on Apple almost impossible. . Great product and software usually.. this is a major issue.

Useless
Can’t find my nas automatically or manually.

Не подключается через приложение к NAS пишет ваша система слишком старая. Обновлял
Garbage
No dark mode.
Have to keep app open for file transfer.
No background process.
No successful backup yet.
Ridiculous.

Stopped working with TOS 5
Was a useful app until they removed my TOS 5 support. Warning people not to upgrade shows they don’t know how the App Store works with automatic upgrading. Poor support from Terramaster, will not buy any of their products since there is no support after 2 years.
Really an upgrade that excludes previous versions you cannot roll back?
System automatically updated can’t roll back now can’t use the software remotely 😡😡😡
I am still running TOS5
App updated with other updates. Now I can’t access my Drive.
App works ok, but used a ton of devices battery.
This app works ok to access the files on my TNAS from my phone. However it used a ton of battery running in the background, even when background refresh is turned off. It’s 2026, this should not be an issue.

Нельзя загружать файлы кроме изображений и видео, не все переведено на русский, было бы удобно добавить отображение ярлыков рабочего стола и приложений, иногда тупит
Can't connect
Used to work, now can't connect to my NAS
Old school
Guys, we are in 2026, you need to have a user friendly app, easy to use and navigate. Keep up the good work.
Worthless
This app can’t find either my old Tnas or my brand new one. Half baked software from TM is pretty normal .
Half baked
This app is as barebones as they come. You can only upload 99 files at a time and there is no select all option. Please fix this and I will update my review. Thank you.
Works great for me!
This app works great for me to access the files on my TNAS from my phone. Just need to make sure you have Local Network access turned on for the app.
Crashing
App doesn’t work and keeps crashing
No iPad support
Boooo. This is 2025 guys
Very basic app
Lot of time crashed while backing up on iPhone and support suggestion to delete and redownload the app. Lot of issues.
Works for admin, image backup still flaky
While the admin tools work well, the image backup functionality does not appear to work very well with certain images, it just hangs forever
