Option to pay multiple bills at once
App is good after the recent update in the UI. One feature which will be really useful is to add up multiple bills and pay at once. This feature is available currently in the TANGEDCO’s website.
Complaints Zero response in real time
They are faking the system but making us believe that the complaints are taken once registered but they actually mark as done without completing there job on real time after one or two days.
Doesnt work effectively with complaints.
As usual no effective staffs to coordinate.

This APP started with many hiccups but has improved a lot now. Did hassle free payment today.

It’s far better after the update and finally Face is working now and UI is modernised but yet there is room for improvement

App works functionally well. Needs attention in usability and testing
Dear developer, first the app work functionally well. Few areas that would need your attention 1. The handshake between the website and the payment integration has some deviation e.g. when the upi time is 3 mins down counter , the app moves to website and informs as logged out at 2.30mins. However functionally the payment is done. 2 The list in the payment section is not getting auto refreshed. So after payment also it shows the amount but when I click and navigate it reflects the payment is done. Please do through testing. Functionally it is worth using in this tough times , it just needs a through testing and clean up. Good luck and thanks I am a director in mobile application development company had faced these kind of glitches many times for our customer apps, hope this comment helps .

Does what it is supposed to do
Made my first bill payment, went through without any hiccups. Only 1 star less as it replicates web interface instead of full fledged app. Could be better if proper app is developed
Why does TNEB need to know my gender, marital status, occupation etc. to use this app?
Already had a TNEB online account and used that to login to this app. The app asks you to "update your profile" and does not allow you to use the app unless you fill in all the unnecessary details like gender, marital status, occupation, date of birth etc etc. Such personal data collection annd customer profiling is only for selling our data to advertisers or for targetted advertising purposes. There is also no privacy policy provided. Uninstalled the app.

Typical Government type of functioning
I think even though TNEB officials get expensive iPhone as a gift from their corporate clients, they never pay their EB bills using this iOS App, otherwise they would’ve rectified the problems which we have been facing dor so long. This App is not working when we choose credit card payment option for very long period, still not rectified

Simple website on mobile app
Though it has many minor glitches it works well for bill payment which is my primary needs. Appreciate TNEB for coming up with mobile app, this will help me do the transaction from my mobile than getting into my laptop. Please add billing history and fix the glitches so that I can rate rate five stars.

No debit card option! Only one account?
There is no way to add another account. Have to completely register again every time.
Also doesn’t accept debit card of all except a couple banks? Waste of time. You’re better of just using the website.

Not so useful app
I use this application on iPhone. This application helps to know the energy consumption bills. Pathetic payment gateway makes it painful to use. No UPI option available. Credit card payment user interface is very confusing. Worse, the application feedback leaves you with no choice. This application has to mature a lot to make this as a popular one.

Payment option not working
Under credit card you have given Axis Bank payment gateway which is not functioning. Similarly it would be great if you can add a payment gateway under debit card tab as well which also should function. There is no point in working with single debit card option and limited net banking option as it doesn’t solve the purpose

Great attempt towards digitizing the process
This one is a great relief. The app is really good for starters with seamless payment gateway. With the Y and Z generation taking the lead, this becomes more of a necessity than a nice to have feature. Appreciate the effort towards this. Looking for many more features in the app in future
