Scan QR to watch feature not working on iPhone 13 Pro
I just recently went to a TNT stand and noticed a QR code on the assortment I bought stating download app and scan QR code to watch preview.
downloaded the app scanned the QR code and my screen just went dim , no video , no loading screen just dim white screen tried closing and re opening app multiple times and still get the same error

Was really hoping to see new AR fireworks, specially for all the artillery/reloadable fireworks this year. Hope you guys dont phase out this feature. It’s one of the main features that makes this app really cool
‘No DUD policy/guarantee’ NOT satisfied
Im a long time customer that buys lots of fireworks at least twice each year for past 20+ years. This past July 4 holiday, I was disappointed when my ‘opening firework’ , a large aerial display called Monster Mayhem did NOT IGNITE completely (only a few of 42 mortar type fireworks shot into sky) . really think it ruined my entire ‘show’.
I’ve requested refund online (only way to do so), twice maybe 3 times, each time submitting receipts & photos of ‘Monster Mayhem/unshot shells’ . I’ve yet to receive refund (it’s been over 6 months )! HELEN WALKER - Marietta, GA

Darn was really hopping to see new AR fireworks added this year. Please add Ariel’s like reloadables, really wonder how some artillery shells look
Not working on iPhone/iPad
iPhone 14 iOS 16.5 and iPad 10th gen iOS 16.5. Neither would allow me to do AR show, no background from yard and baseball field. Too bad really wanted to use it.

We need AR fireworks for ALL fireworks. Rockets, reloadables, blooming flowers, etc etc.
TNT this is a crazy feature you guys got here, this app is really underrated. Brows, watch, AR, Locations, everything you can do except shop. Still a great app they also do provide you with coupons

Buttons don’t function
I’m a techie and the search fields don’t work on my iPhone 12. I need this to work as I’m in charge of the advertising at our booth.
Last year it was good; I helped customers download the app, get a coupon and view videos of the items in action.

Doesn’t work
QR code’s at stand don’t work, no paper fliers either. Very efficient and well thought through, not buying this year.
Location won’t update
I can’t enter my location in the app, I’ve tried my zip code, and the city and state, nothing happens after I try entering something. I also pressed the “Request Location Permission button 8 times hoping that would work but it doesn’t, I went into settings to see if the app already requested permission but it had not.

I have used this app for ages and it is brilliant to see fireworks when you can’t access them. I have used this all during lockdown and I haven’t stopped
They lie.
The firework simulator doesn’t even work. Getting around is so hard. Improve the firework simulator please.

It’s a very good app but it needs to show prices on the fireworks but besides that it’s a great app (would be a 5 star if it shows the prices

Very Helpful
Got the app to see which fireworks we should use for a big reunion every year. Loved the videos to see all the different fireworks. I ordered on the app and picking up my order from the store was a breeze. Definitely recommend if you want to have an easy shopping experience.
