What’s going on?
I’ve been using this once handy little app for a few years, but the search function seems to have gone downhill of late. I’m finding that it’s not showing me titles that I want to save - often showing me lots of books by an author I’m searching -except the title I’m looking for!
To read app
I really like this app. Friends recommend books and I add them to my list so when I am at library, bookstore, or downloading a book I look at my list. However my list is gone! What hay? I’ve tried getting help tuning avail. I’m so disappointed!
Cloud
I had to factory reset my phone. When “To Read” came back with my other apps in the cloud none of my books were listed! Totally blank. Apple said third party apps sometimes use their own cloud. I’ve tried to reach out the developer of the app but Acorscadden.com gets me know where Any help would be appreciated.

Unsure about the app
I am trying out this app but I am not sure about the Unread tab. What do you mean by Unread? I also do not see a tab for books that are currently being read. Nor do I see a tab for books that have been finished. Is this app still being developed?
Alphabetical by author?
I wasn’t looking for anything too complicated, but this app doesn’t even let you sort by author. That’s a bit too basic.
Lost my list
I have been using this app for years and loved it. Today I opened the app and the only books in my list are the few I entered this week. Everything else is gone. Going to use a different app from now on.
Almost Perfect
Great App that I have been using for a few years now. Super easy to search and add books to my never ending “to read” list. It really needs a filter to sort the list by author though. That would make it 5 stars for me.
Not working like it used to
I would give this app 5 stars for the several years I’ve been using it. Unfortunately, after a recent update, the app won’t load fully. When I open it, the screen is blank for almost ten seconds before the dozen or so most recently added titles appear with animated “loading” icons next to them, but then nothing happens (at least for a full minute, I haven’t given it more time than that). It is unresponsive. This is really too bad, because the app has been great for years up until this recent update. I hope this bug is fixed soon!

Not all my titles
Half the books I want to read don’t come up , it would be easier if I could just put a picture of the book cover in app.
Deleted my list?
Loved this app for years- simple way to keep track of what I wanted to read and what I’ve read.
Opened it today and it had erased all my books. No support here in the App Store.

Scrolling problem
I’ve used the app for years and I love it. But recent changes have me frustrated. When trying to scroll through a number of books by an author for example, I inadvertently select one that I didn’t intend to select. Then I have to delete that one and start my search all over again. This didn’t used to happen

Trash
Like when i go to the app and get the book i want and click on it its does nothing but just deletes the book
Update
The last update erased all of my books. Can’t see a thing just a blank screen.
The Only App I’ve Donated To
This is the only app I’ve voluntarily paid money to. It’s an amazing free service - simple and intuitive and so valuable. The creator frequently updates and improves it; I so appreciate someone putting time into a free app for something so many people will need.

Super convenient and easy to use. I’ve been using this app for over a year now and wouldn’t think about using anything else.
Very solid app
This app does exactly what I was looking for. Easy to find and add a book to your reading list.
Features that would make this 5 star for me:
- The ability to quickly swipe (or click) to mark a book as read - both from the online search and from my personal list
- The ability to add a note about a book as a reminder (would just be neat - less important than the first one)

My list was deleted
My list was completed deleted, I think with the latest update. No way to contact or offer any other feedback. Any way to get this back???
The app ate my list
Please help! I don’t want to write a negative review but I can’t find any other way to find support. I’ve used this app for years and love it, but recently and for no apparent reason other than the app was updated, my carefully curated reading list disappeared! SOS!
The upgrade was probably necessary
But I miss being able to search in both directions for date added. Also, the alphabet down the side helped when navigating by title. A book can’t be removed from the list nor can the “read” flag be reset.
Glitch?
The app won't let me search for a book anymore. When I click on +, the app freezes on a blank pahe. Can't get the keyboard to open. Could you fix this? I hate to delete it. Happens on both my iPhone and iPad, which do not sync. That would be a good feature to add.
