We're sorry to hear about your experience, and we'd like to clarify a few things. The three-day free trial is managed and verified directly through Apple. If you've never used the trial before, you won't be charged until the trial period ends. If you were charged immediately, it's possible a previous trial was already used on your Apple ID, which is something Apple enforces on their end and is outside of our control. Regarding college basketball, Toad Sports offers college team projections for spreads, moneylines, and totals. Individual college player projections are not a feature we offer or advertise, as not every sportsbook or state supports college player props. We intentionally keep the app focused on tools that every user can access regardless of location to ensure the best user experience possible. All screenshots shown on the App Store are taken directly from the app, and since you're on version 2.0.2 (the latest version at the time), the app experience matches exactly what's displayed.
