Do not buy
I’m fairly certain this company went out of business and you can’t use the software any more. Do not buy the animal kits from any retailer. It’s going in the trash. What a shame, my daughter loved this app when we got it.

I played this game as a kid then I found it in my storage tried to play it and the servers shut down my mom spent 90$ on it why
Easy of money do not buy!!!!
Bought a set of these for my 24-year-old daughters and as I’m trying to set it up I finally realize that the company doesn’t even have a website anymore and all of the reviews that I read are negative besides the ones that seem to be staged. I completely suggest and advise everyone who is interested in this app, and the products that they create to save your money and look for something that still works.

Help us our cartoons are gone!
Why did our cartons disappear what is it because they were starring Daniel Lambert and Rob Lambert and some random speaker lady or do they get taken down by copyright this isn’t fair fair enough how we were making random cartoons but they were funny I mean one of them were called laughing cycle horizontal life rob being rob all those are good and yet you remove those please bring them back I will give you a five star review if you do but if not I’m deleting the app so well you were probably not gonna bring back our cartoons sadly because those were so funny seriously man why did you do this seriously those were so good I love them seriously bring them back please please please goodbye for now. This game is a waste of money, and horrible.
When I first got this game I was so excited to start animating! But when I downloaded the app on my Apple Iphone, the camera on the app was flipped upside down. I thought it was because of my phone, so I downloaded it on my iPad thinking the camera would be normal. Put then NOPE! It was still horrible and upside down, and no matter which way I flipped my iPad, it was still upside down! I am very mad and disappointed. Please don’t waste your money and time.

I’d rather play without the app

Does this actually work?
I purchased 2 complete sets including all the extra pets. My kids have brand new iPads and we can not get this to work correctly. Pets never scan correctly and application constantly “glitches” as my kids say. What a waste of money, these kits were not cheap and basically my kids are stuck playing with crappy plastic animal figures that are worth way less than the $90 or so dollars each kit costs...... SAVE YOUR MONEY and AGGRAVATION.

Good idea, bad product
Studio doesn’t work, there is no real help section and when I contacted the company nobody got back to me. Camera won’t register, and toaster pets dont register either. Very disappointed, my daughter was so excited to make cartoons.

I was having issues getting the app to work with my iPhone XR. I reached out to the developer and received a response less than a day later. After some additional information, I was informed that the bug would be fixed in a day or two. Today I was able to update the app and get it to work properly. Great product and top notch support. Physically doesn’t work with latest iPad Pro
I have to say that my 5yo daughter had a lot of fun with this but it’s frustrating to use. The iPad Pro does not fit physically with the supplied plastic extension so it doesn’t calibrate without arbitrarily shifting it, lacking support needed, the tracking felt off, and I eventually had to switch to the iPhone Pro instead. Even then it’s a little difficult to track correctly once you introduce the extra characters. I understand the challenges with multi device support and the one-size fits all mentality, but I was under the impression this should “just work”. Regardless of these issues I will still find time to play with this because my daughter was so happy to make cartoons. It’s a great concept. If you don’t want to sell the part for iPad Pros, maybe put the 3D file online for 3D printing — otherwise I’ll have to figure that one out next.

This app has been out over a year and only has one 5* review? Suspicious. My son got this for Christmas, and he was excited to use it. We first tried this on our older iPad. It took forever to load the scenes. Fair enough, probably just our old iPad! Never mind that the box gave no system requirements when it was purchased. But then the lag time was noticeable during attempted filming - then it quickly froze up and crashed. We tried again on a new iPhone with no storage issues and the app wouldn’t even display properly on the screen. We eventually gave up and went back to Legos.
