Every once in a while I like to attempt to serve up something special for my guests. I downloaded Toasty Media's Cookbook and immediately was drawn to the Apple Strudel... Big hit and no left overs, I think I finally found my signature specialty.

Great app for home cooking!
Many of the recipes I tried (okra gumbo and Swiss chard soup in particular) yield delightful aromas that fill the house with the scent of delicious home cooking. These flavor combinations really take me back to my visits in the Mediterranean.
