This app provides a private and anonymous web browsing experience. It uses the Tor network to mask your real IP address, making it difficult for websites and your ISP to track your online activity. It also includes features like an ad blocker and the ability to access .onion websites.
Key features include anonymous browsing by hiding your IP address, the ability to access .onion websites (hidden services), changing your IP address, clearing cookies and cache with a single tap, disabling scripts that could track you, and a built-in content blocker for ad-free browsing.
The app operates on a freemium model. Some core functionalities are available for free, but certain features require a subscription for unlimited access. Subscription plans include weekly, monthly, and annual options.
The description does not specify exact system requirements. However, it is a mobile application, implying it is designed for smartphones and tablets. Users should ensure their device meets general operating system requirements for app installation.
Web browsing through this app is intentionally slower than with a standard browser because it relays your internet traffic through the Tor anonymization network. This process involves multiple relays to obscure your origin, which adds latency.
