Most useless
Zero support after following up with company. Doesn’t charge VInfast. Don’t know what made society guys pick this.
Worst app and service
This is the worst EV charging company i have came across,
And unfortunately this is the only charger that is available in my society
Everytime I connect this charger to my car which is curvv ev and start charging using it
It gets auto stop exactly within 2 hours
And when you try to search for their support number you’ll not find it easily and if you do they don’t have anyone to answer to the call
Funny part is the machine installed at the society have 2 point 7.5 kw and 11kw now the funny part the gun marked on machine with 11kw is actually a 3.5 kw charging point
