About
Timers set the quick way: type what you want, or drag a finger round the dial.
JUST TYPE IT
Type 25 tea, 1h30 call, 90s eggs or tea 4m and press Go. Type a time instead and it becomes an alarm: 5pm, 17:30 standup. The words for minutes and hours work in your own language too.
OR DRAG ROUND THE DIAL
Put a finger on the kitchen-timer dial and go round from twelve: a minute at a time up to ten, then five-minute steps to the hour. Keep going round for up to four hours. Let go and it is running.
PASTE A RECIPE
Copy the steps of a recipe and tap Paste. Tockette finds every time in it and names each timer after its step: "Simmer for 10 minutes, then bake 25-30 min" becomes Simmer 10 min and Bake 25 min. Untick what you don't need, rename the rest, and start them together.
AS MANY AS YOU NEED
Run several timers at once, each with its own name. Pause one, give it another minute or five, or cancel it. Pause or resume them all with one tap.
ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN
The timer that ends first stays on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island as a Live Activity. When time is up, the notification carries Snooze and Done, so you can answer it without opening the app.
FOCUS SESSIONS
Type focus, or tap Focus: 25 minutes of work, a 5-minute break, four rounds and a long break, all lengths yours to change. Nothing moves on by itself; start the next step when you are ready.
ONE TAP FOR THE USUAL
Quick start holds the usual lengths, and the named timers you set recently are one tap away.
ON YOUR MAC TOO
One purchase gives you Tockette on iPhone, iPad and Mac. On the Mac it lives in the menu bar: drag down from its icon and let go.
PRIVACY
No network access, no account, no tracking. Your timers and their names stay on your device.
