Great Experience, Never Wanted to get a BeIN set top box but after the release of Tod , with 4K experience for Football , Movies and Great Documentaries.
I'm never gonna stop using it , the perfect experience of watching football and Movies.
Please start doing more offers on the 4K plans and the yearly plans.
Long-Term subscriptions would be more beneficial for both you and the consumers. so instead of 50% off on 3-months with no 4K start doing maybe 10-20% off on the 4K yearly plans. win win situation

Avoid at all costs
Simply unreliable. Will fail to load during popular events which is exactly when you’d want to use it. Too rigid with multiple devices registration limit as someone who travels a lot.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed with TOD. I subscribed mainly to watch FIFA, but the experience has been frustrating. The live stream keeps buffering, freezing, and stopping randomly, causing me to miss important moments of the match. For a premium sports streaming service, this level of interruption is unacceptable. Please improve your servers and streaming stability.

Slow and Choppy - world cup
Paid for the worldcup package, all the matches kept stopping, and slow, and I have to keep refreshing. Internet is fast but the app is just too bad.
Just Avoid
Find literally any other option. Stream freezes every 10 minutes on anything live, forcing you to close then reopen the content. Support is laughable, talk to an AI chatbot who then ‘puts you through’ to an agent, except you end up just waiting until your session times out. They give you a token email the next morning asking you to raise a ticket if the issues are still existing, but there’s no way to raise a ticket via email, only via the chatbot, and you’re back to square one. Strongly suggest to avoid and pick literally any other option.

Connection Dropping
The worst experience I had with a paid service. I payed a fair amount to watch the world cup games and in every game the connection drops at least 10 times. The worst experience was during the Egypt vs. Argentina game, where the connection dropped like 20 times before completely disconnecting and not starting again despite me closing the app and reopening it, and checking my connection which was fine. Horrible service 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

World Cup games interrupted
The World Cup games keep interrupting because of exceeded device limit but it’s not true, I only have two devices logged in, I tried everything the bot says, and when I try to reach for customer support, no one answers, it’s very frustrating!!!
