Avoid this at all costs. I subscribed with my mobile package and it barely lets me watch. Most of the time the app thinks I don’t have a valid subscription.

i paid and now i lost my money cause i can’t watch and it’s saying to subscribe and 0 support from tod they said they’d contact me 3 times and still nothing so i got scammed

Ive made two subscriptions now and i understand that technical issues occur sometimes, but no customer care at all? Many subscribers and i are facing the same issue and the customer support is not answering, i can't understand how it is that highly rated. BEIN SPORTS FIX THIS ISSUE NOW AND PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOU PROMISED US OR REFUND THE MONEY.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute garbage. I paid for a subscription expecting a reliable service, but I’ve missed so many games because the app simply doesn’t work properly most of the time. What exactly am I paying for if I can’t even use the service when the games are actually on?
It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for something specifically to watch live matches, only to have constant problems when you need it most. The reliability is nowhere near good enough for a paid subscription.
For a service operating in the UAE, where customers are used to extremely high standards, this is honestly embarrassing. Calling it a premium service while delivering this level of reliability feels like a scam. Either fix the app and provide the service people are paying for, or stop charging customers for something that repeatedly fails to work.

Great Experience, Never Wanted to get a BeIN set top box but after the release of Tod , with 4K experience for Football , Movies and Great Documentaries.
I'm never gonna stop using it , the perfect experience of watching football and Movies.
Please start doing more offers on the 4K plans and the yearly plans.
Long-Term subscriptions would be more beneficial for both you and the consumers. so instead of 50% off on 3-months with no 4K start doing maybe 10-20% off on the 4K yearly plans. win win situation
