Hey there! To add a new birthday to Today's Birthdays, simply create (or edit) a contact in the Contacts app and set their birthday there! You can also find more info about integration and adding birthdays to the app in the full App Store description. Thanks!

Great birthday app!

Easily adds birthdays from Contacts. Haven't tried to add birthdays from other calendars as yet. The ability to also add a birthday manually would be nice, e.g. a new birth.
