I keep getting billed but don't get any new magazines. Where are the 2016 issues? I paid for them.

I love this app, it is absolutely wonderful.
Does Not Load, No Promised Tech Help
This App does not work. Pages do not open past the cover and sometimes even the cover is blacked out. This evening I asked for a refund using the provided email in the Help pages, but I've not yet heard back. They have a "Help" page with extensive instructions on how to get pages to load etc; but don't waste your time trying because your troubleshooting will not yield results. Even worse, they offer two different ways in which you can purportedly register to create an account, but this feature does not work either. One has to wonder what the creators of this App are up to. If you like this magazine, save your money for the print edition.
