i purchased a subscription and it still won’t allow to play the games … i tried to buy again and it’s said you have already purchased- what’s is going on?

I signed up for a three day trial because my toddler son was in the hospital and I was trying to keep him entertained while he was confined to the bed. He was not interested in the game so I canceled the trial before the period was over. I was still charged for a monthly subscription.
Love
We love this game, especially my autistic son. However the voice randomly changed (7/17/25) and he hates it. A bit of a weird thing to do so suddenly with no option to change it.
