So glad your family loves the app and I apologize for the bug. If possible, please try make sure the device silent switch is turned off (located next to the device volume buttons.) Once that's done, press the device volume up button several times while the app is running. If that doesn't work, please delete the app, re-download it, and try those steps again. If that doesn't fix it, email me at support@eggrollgames.com and we'll figure out a different solution. Thank you for your patience.

Next, ensure the device silent switch is turned off (located next to the device volume buttons.) Then, press the device volume up button several times while the app is running.
