My 2 year old is enjoying the puzzles, i purchased to open more levels and the sound stop working.. Is there any way to fix this?

It is a ripoff for what I paid. I thought I would get more puzzles. Very deceiving

$12.95 for 9 puzzles that my toddler solved in less than 5 minutes. I assumed that the “full access” price included additional games and puzzles. Complete rip-off.

My 3 year old complete the game in less than 10 minutes.
I took her iPad to help her advance to the next level, AND THERE IS NO NEXT LEVEL.
This is hideous and I believe intentional misrepresentation and I will be going to Apple for a refund.

ETA: but it would be nice if the “parental control” link actually brought up a settings screen and allowed us to turn off the constant background music instead of bringing us to a forced review.

Charged only for a few days of play
When purchasing the content on this app, I looked everywhere to see how long the different prices of purchase would get for my son to play, but I couldn’t find the amount of time anywhere. After only a few days, all of the content is locked again.

I purchased the game for my 3 year old and I’m wondering if I get charged monthly because I keep seeing charges from apple for the amount each month. My child loves the puzzles and it’s great but would like to know if it’s a monthly charge and if so how do I cancel.

Paid 11.99 and received the same if I paid 2.99. So misleading. WASTE OF MONEY! could have purchased way better games for my child.
