Доброго дня. Придбала у сімейний доступ, але дитина не може повністю відкрити всі рівні. Потребує сплатити. Коли повторно сплачую, пише - програма вже придбана. Але рівні все одно не відкриваються.

I buyed the full version of this game but my 3yers old daughter deleted the app by mistake. I installed the game again but it’s not the complete version of the game. Must I’m paying again for the game or can you help me?

Купила данную игру у себя на айфоне, потом установила ребёнку на планшет( и планшет и тел на одном id ), и на планшете не открывает полную версию. Предлагает опять купить. Почему?
No sound on ipad
My 3yr loves this app however there is no sound on the ipad. On the phone the sound is not an problem. I have updated thr ipad, switched it on and off deleted and reload the app however no lucl
