Buggy and Constant Errors; Unable to print at all anymore
This app is so incredibly frustrating to use. While the printer itself is quite nice, this app makes the experience so uncomfortable.
I can’t even print anything anymore, the app keeps giving me the error “connect to printer” despite the printer being clearly connected.
Tried on my older devices and even though it connects to the printer, it’ll wipe the entire design every time I upload, and when I try and print, no design is printed on the paper.
Please fix this TOEC development team. There’s no point of this nice printer if the app controlling it doesn’t even work!

Na última atualização a impressora só respeita as opções de espelhado as vezes e me faz gastar mais folhas que o necessário
Aplicativo está travando
Eu uso um iPad Pro Apple e o aplicativo fica travado impossibilitando a impressão, tentem resolver isso logo por favor.
Application qui ne répond pas
Bonjour, j’utilise l’application avec l’imprimante depuis environ 2 ans et récemment dès que j’imprime ou que je clique sur le menu réglages, l’application se fige et ne répond plus. Plus rien ne fonctionne, je finis toujours par devoir quitter l’application et relancer. J’ai supprimé et réinstallé mais c’est encore le même problème, s’il vous plaît, faites quelque chose.

Out a 500$ printer for work. New update doesn’t allow you to connect to the printer via wifi. Keeps saying error can’t connect after updating to IOS18. NEED THE UPDATE TO CONTINUE WORKING FOR A LIVING!!!! FIX PLEASE! URGENT!

I am incredibly frustrated with this printer. It has let us down twice now, and in the most inconvenient moments. The first time, it simply stopped printing with no warning. After troubleshooting for hours, it coincided with a firmware update.
We gave it another chance, but here we are again—facing the same issue. The printer has just stopped working out of nowhere, and all attempts to fix it have been futile. It’s beyond frustrating when you rely on a device for important tasks, only for it to fail unpredictably.
This level of unreliability is unacceptable. I regret purchasing this product, and unless there’s a proper resolution, I’ll never recommend it to anyone. Do better.

The image is disappearing still, please fix this bug! I have restarted the app, updated and redownloaded it but nothing has changed. It was working completely fine this morning until night.
