Why the app is not working? I can’t enter the app
Used to be my default, but not any more
Adding new items is good, but remember that we downloaded this app for fruits & vegetables..
So if you want to add new categories, don’t neglect your main purpose of the app!
Now most of fruits & vegetables are not available..

اتكلم عن الفاكهه تحديدا والتي هي اساس الشركة حيث اصبحت غير متنوعه و غير طازجه وغير لذيذه كما بدأت بقوه وهذا راجع لتنوع مبيعات الشركه الاخرى والتي اثرت على الفاكهه تحديدا

App hasn’t been working for a few weeks- it’s 5 star if you can shop
I ordered regularly from Toffaha for this past year for 2 households but now the app only opens to a search page. I cannot get into the online store. This morning, for the first time it opened to the online store homepage and I was able to shop and started filling my cart and then it reloaded again as a search page as the home page and there was no way to return to the online store. This means you have to search for each item one by one and add to the cart, you cannot see what is available. I wrote to customer care but got no response. My app is updated. This may be the result of the last update.

Fraud, paid by knet and no delivery
I have made knet payment , my order is not delivered and helpdesk never answer any call, you lost reputation because of wrong management.

Slow app
This app is so slow and hanging every moment. Despite of convenient design in the interface and the buying method but the app itself has some issue in loading the data

(هذا المسج تم كتابته قبل معرفة سبب عدم وصول الطلب-عرفت السبب بالصدفه!!! عن طريق التعليقات بالانستقرام-اتمنى وضع معلومات عن التوصيل في ايام العيد وشكرا) ودفعنا أمس وصل الطلب ، اليوم طلبنا والدفع كاش لم يصل الطلب نهائيا ولم يتم التواصل معنا.....
