Please fix ad crashing it ruins the game

I have tried support via email and discord nothing seems to work
So I’ll try here.
I’m no stranger to audio issues and freezes during or at the start of ads… but this game it is Every time I try to battle the world boss ..every time I want to watch in mission videos.. or any ads that are for claim x2 for the day
I cannot recommend this game at all
I’m on iPad, and this game doesn’t use logins or Game Center so there is no way to save my save files. And this is terrible
The game is awesome other than the ad issues. It’s out of hand

Lost data
So I just did the new update and I lost all my data. I was looking for customer support and couldn’t find it in the game. Someone please help. I like this game very much!
Crazy amount of Ads.
Game is not bad. A lot of contents and rewards. But you have to decide to either watch 30 ads per day for daily rewards or pay $12.99 monthly no ads pass. I dropped the game after like 10 minutes. 😅
Fun game but ADs…
This games amazing but the ADs are unbearable, more so because they constantly have “!” next to them. It’s so distracting and it feels as if I need to watch every AD in order to progress in the game.
Survivors + Building
It’s plays like vampire survivors but also has city building.
