The TOGETHERCare™ Kaiser app is a tool that is being researched for informal caregivers of patients and clinical trial participants’. Informal caregivers are vital sources of safety information and can heavily influence care and whether patients remain in clinical trials. These informal caregivers are a wealth of information regarding the patient's safety such as their symptom development that can ultimately lead to adverse events, trial drop out and poor outcomes. The TOGETHERCare Kaiser app integrates with the Apple Research Kit, as well as with the Apple HealthKit through the Apple Health app.
