I am writing to inform you that more than 20 days have passed since I fulfilled the required conditions for the 50‑USD gift, but I have still not received the amount. I noticed there is an issue with the code or loading process. The relevant section does not appear correctly, which seems to be preventing the system from crediting the 50 USD to my account. تجربتى السيئة من فريق الدعم
يومى كان مشغول بسبب التطبيق ده، كل يوم حرفيًا كنت بفتحه وبرد على الناس وبتابع كل البوستات اول بأول.. لدرجة إن الشهر اللى فات كنت متصنف ضمن Top 3 على الاب بالكامل
لكن بسبب إن فيه كذا شخص بلغوا على حسابى بحجة إنى بتكلم مع الناس على إنى بنت مش ولد (بدون أى إتهام واضح أو دليل مثبت)
اللى مستغربه اكتر، انى اتواصلت مع فريق الدعم وبعتلهم عشرات المرات حرفيًا، ومش بيردوا ابدًا
والمرة الوحيدة اللى ردوا عليها فيها قالولى إن حسابك اتفعل من جديد، لكن الصدمة إنى لما جيت اسجل دخولى بيه مش راضى بردو… مفيش اى حاجة اتغيرت لحد دلوقتى
وحاولت بشتى الطرق إنى ابعتلهم على رسايل السوشيل ميديا بتاعتهم على كل المنصات المختلفة، لكن بلا اى جدوى

وانا حقيقى زعلان جدًا على إن مفيش اهتمام ولا استجابة لمشكلتى رغم محاولاتى الكتير فى الشكوى!!!!

I don’t know why, but there are some problems in the app like my feed doesn’t load and it is not easy at all to comment or reply on any topic.

About how the app works
The idea of how the app works is amazing but there are 2 major problems, the first is that the app crashes a lot and this is very annoying while the second is that the app deletes a lot of posts as well as conversations although they are not penetrating the rules and guidelines. I hope the owners can improve these issues and thanks in advance
