--- SITES & BRANCHES (new) A "site" now means a branch — an office, depot or location you work from. The clients you roster against (service users, departments or contracts, by sector) sit inside a branch. • A Sites screen to create, edit and delete branches, each with its own address, time zone and geofence centre • Put a service user, and a staff member, in a branch • Automatic rota generation keeps each branch's staff on that branch's clients — but a staff member you have not put in a branch stays available to every client, so a half-assigned roster behaves the way it looks • Filter the rota by staff, client and Site; the manual candidate list ranks on the branch too • Excel import and export carry a Site column, both ways • You start with one branch holding everything you already had; branch controls stay hidden until you have a second • That first branch starts at a placeholder address. Until you set it, a client with no coordinates of its own has no geofence centre — the Sites screen flags every row that needs one • Every plan below Multi-site includes one branch; Add Site is disabled with the reason shown, not hidden • This is not cross-site scheduling: there is no way to borrow staff between branches to fill a gap. What Multi-site gives you is one pooled staff allowance across every site, instead of a cap per site CORRECTING A RECORDED FIGURE (new) • Holiday pay: withdraw a figure recorded from the wrong rate, or correct it. Nothing is deleted — the calculation, its reference weeks and the withdrawal date are kept, and the record shows the whole chain • Pay records: discard one so the period can be recomputed. This is a real deletion and the dialog says so — the approved timesheet it came from is untouched, and is what regeneration reads • Both ask you to type the staff member's name first. A second "Are you sure?" guards a mis-tap, not acting on the wrong row OPEN SHIFTS • See the outstanding offers on a shift and withdraw one made by mistake. Withdrawing notifies nobody: the shift stops appearing as available in Rota Sync, and anyone already alerted keeps that alert. A claimed offer cannot be withdrawn, so no button is offered NEW SCREENS, ON EVERY PLAN • Tasks & Checklists — recurring tasks alongside your checklists, on a frequency or your own interval, assigned to shift types or particular clients, with a notification when one is overdue • Profile Requests — a carer's edit to their own details or photo in Rota Sync comes to you to approve, amend and approve, or reject. You can also upload a staff photo from the employee editor. Carers need the current Rota Sync EVERYDAY IMPROVEMENTS • Dashboard cards show a breakdown and open the screen behind them • Tapping a notification opens the screen it is about, not the Notification Centre • Assign staff while creating an Important Date; Special Requirement is optional • Every plan states its client allowance as well as staff and sites, and a plan you are already over is disabled with the reason, not refused after you commit • "Clients" now reads "Clients/Services", and new help topics explain branches • Printing no longer freezes when you change print settings part-way through FIXES • The Clients Location filter offered two hardcoded city names. It now offers your own locations, and new records no longer default to one of them • Adding a client from the rota grid no longer opens a blank grey screen, and dark mode's selected menu item is legible again • When billing cannot be reached, the Dashboard and Subscription screens say so, instead of telling a healthy organisation it is over a limit it is not over • A leaver is counted out of your seat allowance on the UK calendar day, not your device's clock • Auto-generation: same inputs, same rota; the rest-period rule sees a breach just past the window edge; a nudge no longer vetoes a candidate; Reset to defaults respects your plan ---
