I’ve found T4L to be the best of the apps I’ve downloaded.
When out delivering leaflets it’s great to be able to see quickly where the nearest convenience is and T4L is so easy to use.
Hopefully it’ll eventually expand beyond the M25 boundary.

Gender Neutral Toilets
Great app! I think a really valuable feature for a lot of people would be knowing whether there is a non-gendered toilet available at the location.
This App is a lifesaver
Thanks to this app, I can find local Toilets. Having anxiety about finding a Toilet when out has been stopping me going out. Now I feel much better knowing I can see where the Public Toilets are. Thanks

Worked for me
I downloaded this for a 3 day trip to London. Used it once near B Palace and it located toilets nearby in the park which I would not have found otherwise which was great. Will definitely use again for future London visits

Have concerns
I do find the app useful, however many of the opening + closing times are wrong. As well as the fact that, many of these toilets are not for public use.

Good app
Having used the tube network toilets for years. it appears the trick to say the toilets are out of order ,Rather than maintain then. This app a takes the leg room out of looking for a toilet.
Being someone who needs the toilet more often it was top of my agenda to find another toilet on my route.

Plenty of locked loos to find
I downloaded this app to use as needed toilets quite frequently. You have done a brilliant job of showing the location of toilets. The local council have done a Very good job of locking them up rendering them unusable. It seems vandalism is a big problem so I have a possible solution—— Fit lock that can only open using a credit card, there bye a small change can be made for maintenance costs. Also a record of those using the loo can be kept to narrow down any one misusing the loos.

Thanks for your ideas! Yes there is definitely a lot of room for improvement when it comes to public toilet facilities in London… Will continue trying to improve what I can here but there are many economic and social factors.

Great app
During 2020 most places were closed, so I was struggling a little bit during my daily walks trying to find coffee places that were open to be able to go to the bathroom.
This app was my saviour, and I’ve used it so many times ever since! Priceless knowledge.
