Очень плохое обслуживание

Сегодня уже более 12 часов стою на зарядной станции, кабель не отпускает автомобиль.
Много раз звонил оператору, заявки принимают, но технический отдел до сих пор не реагирует.
Из-за неисправности станции я не могу уехать и вынужден ждать.
Очень разочарован качеством сервиса и отсутствием оперативной помощи.
Надеюсь компания примет меры и решит проблему как можно быстрее.

Предыдущая версия тормозила, но работала. 3.0 тормозит нещадно, при запуске просит повторно идентифицироваться. При среднем размере шрифта на айфоне (не Макс) при выборе языка не видно кнопку внизу
