Worst purchase ever
I really love digital art and try whatever I can to promote it and support builders in this space but I have to be honest, this product is atrocious. The display itself, on the rare occasions it works, is gorgeous… but the software is diabolical, and I mean really diabolical. The frame rarely behaves well, often you are just looking at a blank screen. Setup process is completely awful you can spend hours trying to get it to pair only for it to forget a day after you finally got there.
The frames are very expensive but they are unusable.. if you don’t believe me check out twitter or the Tokenframe discord and you will see most users feel the same.
Please inform yourself before spending a large amount of money on this

Arguably the worst digital to physical art experience
Consistent issues setting up a new frame, inability to properly log out, deleted multiple times and have done every troubleshooting step you can imagine. Just an utterly useless piece of software rendering my frame as the most expensive paperweight I have in my house.

User Unfriendly & Ineffective
This App & Web version never improve. Look easy & intuitive to use. Reality is they are still very temperamental to use & don’t work as they should. They work randomly at best. Developer wasn’t able to fix their own issues some time ago so I stopped even going back to them. Been trying myself ever since. App & Web Version still don’t work properly even though they were ‘working on it’. God knows I’ve wasted many hours & some money trying. Worked for awhile after getting our outside techie to have a go. They still crash (routinely). So far been able to get two of three frames to work post crash but last crash the third will not work at all anymore. Won’t pick up WIFI, won’t connect to the App or Web as a result , QR code doesn’t work. Net result is I can’t cast to the frame. Don’t waste your time or money like I have. Fed up & giving up on their products

App doesn’t work
I plugged in the Frame and downloaded the app, as soon as I scan the QR code it immediately crashes. I work in IT, and have tried every troubleshooting step available and nothing works. I tried reaching out to customer service and they have not responded. 🤬😡
App does not work
App crashes as soon as you try to scan the QR code for pairing. I have tried reinstalling the app, quitting the app, and reaching out to support with no luck whatsoever. This app was supposed to be ready months ago.
Broken app
Can’t get past new pair. Every time I scan the QR code the app crashes.
