Good idea not best implementation
I came across this next to my hotel in Thailand. Good idea and travelers domestic and international in nearby hotels would like. However the app is unusable by international tourists. First app is in Thai only and goes through many screens to do anything and that means lots of translating screen by screen most tourists would not have patients. Second it requires a Thai phone number, which I have but many tourists would not. Finally after a half hour translating screens, laundry in machine, and I hit use. It gives only QR code as payment. Note only people with Thai bank account can use the QR style code payment, tourists will lack the ability to work with this. The app comes from Apple Store why is Apple Pay not an additional option? Or any second option that a traveler without a Thai bank account can use.
