One of the best apps I have seen which has many useful features
I recently tried TOkN for the work purpose and I was impressed with its smooth performance and user-friendly interface. The features like timesheet and safety apps was particularly useful and innovative. Overall a great app for the users who wanna use the mobile in the areas where there is no network as the mobile does work in offline mode to update your timesheets. Would recommend it to anyone looking for this type of application.

If you are going to have a site meeting every day, this app can be very helpful. It also helps users records timesheets just by selecting time and submit, which was previously done by writing time and signature on paper.

What a nightmare of an app.
Works when it wants, then will decide it has had enough and won’t work no more.
Uninstalling then reinstalling only fixes the issues for a short period of time then its back to unusable. All data is erased when I installed which is very frustrating.
If I didn’t have to use it for work purposes I wouldn’t dream of using it!!

Best app for increasing efficiency
The ability to create bespoke apps which performs any procedure the way we want it is amazing. No more templated apps which don’t do what you want them to do, every app is created for us personally and works exactly how we want them to.
Constantly need to reload
Does not refresh automatically, sends emails when it wants to not when it should...
Hit and Miss
Can work good for a week or two, then just randomly crashes constantly after each update a new glitch arrives in a different area fix one part another gets faulty cant win,

It’s great to have all my work and safety forms so accessible. Love the simplicity of the log in. Would be great to have even more user specific defaults.
Easy to use
On a remote site with patchy connection but app seems to work fine, needs connection to send my stuff.
Technical issues
As this platform is part of day to day usage for large companies it’s appalling that this app has so many faults. Relies too much on remote areas to have suitable data speeds to sync and the continuous frustration of loosing inputs. Requires more development
