Minimize Promotional Announcements
The constant promotional announcements has become annoying. Please reduce this kind of notifications and redirect some of the content to social media instead (e.g. the memes, promotions for those who haven't used Toktok yet [especially because we're already using it!]), or at least give users the option to turn off notifications for certain promotions. While discounts are important for me too, what's most important to me as a user of Toktok is to be notified about my deliveries and such.

Tracking and other updates
Been using the app when i want something delivered within the day from the province to the metro since it’s the only delivery service that could cater such. And it’s a but cheaper! However, i could say that until now, toktok seemed to have not stepped up with regards to pinning location and on time tracking when you try to check for your booking updates which makes me anxious of wether my package is still safe and that it would even get to the recepient’s location.

It’s just so frustrating to pin a location when map’s always frozen. You can’t properly pin it in. Grrrr
Toktok riders requesting for cancellation
I’m not sure if this has been a trend now with other Toktok riders. I have three consecutive bookings made and they were all requesting to cancel the booking even if they picked up, I paid the delivery fee and delivered the item to the recipient.
Each booking costs less than a Php100, is this a form of corruption among the riders? Can the Toktok admin look at this? This is not a good practice and this will cause distrust on the clients.

Book Again Feature
Please have an app update that enables book again for completed orders. This is helpful for business with repeat clients. It takes a while to complete the form over and over again inputting the same address details. And put the price in the beginning not after entering all the details.
It really improved from the day I first used it
The transactions is smoother and it keeps on improving. Riders were friendly and reliable. Kudos sa improvements ng app and ng customer service, indeed pinaka mura padin ang rates compared to other apps

app is good but if i could only suggest to somehow make a way to save previous addresses and contacts to avoid taking long bookings because we are still searching for contacts.

Disappointing
Last time, I already paid the rider upon booking and when he was about to deliver he asked the receiver if he can wait for “other bookings” para may kasabay.
When the rider delivered the items, he charged the SAME AMOUNT to the receiver that I already paid! My customer which was supposedly the one who will receive was informed that it has already been paid but it happened that when the items were delivered, she wasn’t home. Their houseboy received the items for her that’s why the rider TOOK ADVANTAGE! I already reported twice to their customer service but NOTHING happened.
And when I booked today, the same rider came to my house BUT HE GOT DIFFERENT NAME, PHOTO and MOBILE NUMBER in the app! I thought i was just mistaken but when I checked, he really is the same one!
Before delivering the items, I’m taking photos of the riders. And yes, it’s confirmed IT IS HIM. Too late the items have already been picked up.
And 2 hours since then, they’re not delivered yet. I am just worried that maybe he knew that I reported him before and he wouldn’t deliver the items to my customer. 😞😞😞

Great app and has cheaper rates!
My first two transactions went smooth, riders were friendly and very polite. Madali matrack yung delivery sa app because there are detailed stamps when they’re on the way to the destination, if item has been picked up, and more.
I just hope you offer more promos so I can have your app as my-go-to courier for same day delivery.
Overall, I’m very happy with how pleasant your drivers are! Keep up the good work!

First experience = Disappointing
I booked on 21 March for 6:30am pick up on 23 March at 6:30am, rider Ronnie called and said he will come at 7am which I agreed. March 23 came at exactly 6:13am rider Ronnie sent a tex message saying he won’t be able to come. What an unprofessional service, I committed a delivery at 8am based on riders commitment that he will pick up at 7am then all of a sudden sent a tex message that he can’t make it. Rider even agreed to report him to his operator, what a shame! Rider cancelled the booking so I tried to place another order at exactly 7:01am, up until 1pm no rider accepted my booking! Then at around 1:30pm the same rider Ronnie accepted my booking, the NERVE! After giving me the first bad experience with toktok he has the nerve to accept my booking again! I will never use this service again and will definitely not recommend to any of my friends and relatives! Oh before I forget, ur app is not user friendly!

Toktok delivery rider
I am a operator and have a 4wheels registered on my name. Is there any option ,that I can add a vehicle on my account since I have a motorcycle or can I move down from 2wheels to motorcycle? You have 2 wheels to 4 wheels why you cant make it vice versa or both. I sure that will benefit both parties.

I love the app
My first time to use delivery app. The great things is we can use it in the province side and exactly on our doorsteps. Medyo di lang nagregister yong barangay and building ng location, though we can type naman. Pero mabilis naman napipick up noong iba kung saan. Pero yong ibang rider ay nahihirapan talaga. I also like the pabili features. I hope it will keep on improving in the future that’s why I give 3stars

Disappointing customer service and management of driver
The last transaction I had with Toktok was when my delivery of homemade coffee did not reach the destination. The transaction was already marked as completed and the driver had told me that we misclicked the complete button but is still trying to reach the destination. An hour had past and still no update from the driver. We tried to reach the driver but he had already blocked our numbers.
I reached out with the customer service and had tried to contact the driver but still no response. I still got no response from the customer service up to this date. Nor payment for the damages has not been paid by the driver nor the company. The transaction was from early November 2021.
Very disappointed with Toktok. I cannot trust deliveries with Toktok ever again.

Super reliable

POOR SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS APP
So I booked a delivery here because a friend asked a favor. Upon pick up the rider tagged my delivery as delivered when he just picked up my item. I called the customer service hotline but it was unavailable; tried the chat but the agent keeps on leaving me hanging. I called the rider why is he going far instead of going near the delivery place and he shouted at me saying so that he can have another booking.
Worst experience ever. The price is just the same as grab, and lalamove; just go with these two.
Toktok is still under the waters and has a lot to improve.

Good but needs improvement
My biggest challenge with the app is getting the address right. Dropping a pin normally displays the incorrect address, misleading the riders. Wish there was a way to correct the address to match the pin. 2nd, the GPS tracking is not accurate.
Add Barangay Field sa Address as a separate one.
