솔직히 저는 에이티즈에 입덕한지 1년 다되가는 10대 팬인데요. 일단 1일 채팅을 4900원에 이용하는건 좋아요. 근데 제가 결제를 7/13에 했는 8/8일인 지금 까지 최산님께 메세지 하나 못받고 겨우 라이브 하나 봤네요. 이제 맞는건가요? 그리고 에이티즈는 리듬게임도 있는데 왜 싸이커스는 왜 안만들어 주시는거요? 에이티즈를 입덕하다가 우연히 싸이코즈 보고 입덕을 했는데 제발 우리 싸이커스도 개인 인스타랑 리듬 게임 하고 팝 만들어주세요. 아무리 데뷔한지 아직 3년 밖에 안됐지만 저는 싸이커스도 에이티즈랑 같은 대우를 받았으면 해요. 그리고 최산님께 팝을 사서 받은 메시지 보다 싸이코스에게 댓글달고 답장 받는 횟수가 더 많아요. 이럴꺼면 저는 에이티즈 말고 차라리 싸이케스에게 돈이라도 쓰고싶음 멤버십 자체를 살려면 아무래도 제가 학생이기에 좀 힘들어요. 그러므로 제발 싸이커스에게도 팝을 만들어 주시고 개인 인스타와 리듬게임도 만들어 주세요. 그리고 에이티즈는 팬들에게 더욱 신경좀 써달라고 해주세요.

Exclusion
This app is 100% against non Korean speakers of all nationalities. This app AND KQ need to take a lesson from K-pop platforms such as JYP and Weverse! Subtitles should be available for the artists as well as the fans! All we want is to connect. We want our questions seen and answered. We want to know the artist can see and understand us. Because we are more than willing to read and understand them. Look languages are difficult to learn and everyone feels more comfortable speaking their native language. Subtitles are an easy fix and for the app developers and the company a simple source of revenue. Are you just too lazy? Do you not have the skill level to add this, or is exclusion your intention?

Extremely disappointing
This app is sooo disappointing for international fans. I’ve read reviews for it from 2 years ago complaining that there’s no translation feature. 2 years! There is still no translation feature & the app has had many improvement updates since then. Why hasn’t this been addressed by now? Ateez is a pretty successful group & has a lot of international fans. Those fans deserve Ateez content too

No transactions for international fans on lives
I love hearing Ateez talk on POP lives, but I have to use an external app to translate which is frustrating and misses a lot. I don’t understand why they have translation on text but not on live. Many other apps (weverse, YouTube) can handle this. Please add!
Tips
Please just add your groups to Weverse. I know this app makes you way more revenue but no one really uses it anyways. Fans of xikers and ATEEZ will really enjoy this and it may expand their fandoms if you add them to Weverse. The app is great but some things in general need to be fixed.
Needs translations
Overall it’s fine, but most social media apps have translation for posts and I’d like to see that here. It’s annoying to have to copy/paste it every time I want to read it.

Love the app but it doesn’t work well
I tried to buy the membership but when I tried to pay it made me go to settings and put in my password and after I did it I went back to the app and it says the sever doesn’t work no more and I keep trying again but the same thing keeps happening.

아니 대체 왜 알람이 안뜨죠.. 얘네가 언제 라이브하고 언제 올렸는지 하나도 안뜨네요.. 그리고 왜 라이브는 이틀만 보게 설정해놨을까요.. 그럴거면 어플 왜 써요? ;; 레전드 라이브들이 얼마나 많은데 그거 몰아볼려고 멤버쉽까지 결제했드만 이틀후면 못 본다길래 당황했네요.. 제발 지들 어플 쓰지말고 이럴거면 버블을 해요..
Decent but it needs upgrade
Overall, the app is nice but it needs a live translation option for the live chats, similar to Weverse. Without that feature, live chats are a waste if I can’t understand what the member is saying. This is also a barrier with written announcements from the company. We have to highlight them and translate them into our desired language instead of it being auto-translated into our preferred language.

В один прекрасный момент чтобы зайти в приложение надо запустить vpn, это жутко неудобно

doesn’t work without vpn lately:< it used to work just fine before, but a couple days ago it stopped loading. and if i enable vpn it starts working again.

The app is really great, but I would like it if I could sign in with google because I forget my password a lot. I also want it to be iPad compatible. Just saying. I love the app though

Please add an auto-translate features for international Atiny. 🙏🙏🙏 We would love to have know what Ateez are saying so we can join the conversations too. Also add a split screen feature so that other members can join each other’s pop lives.
팝 알림 개선
알림 너무늦게와요...uiux는 모든 사람이 편하다고 느낄 수 없으니 그러려니합니다...근데 알림이 늦게와서 앞부분 놓칠때마다 눈물광광나구요 하도늦게떠서 몇분늦게뜨는지 까지 파악을 해버렸어요 다른건 다 괜찮으니까 알림시간 개선좀해주세요ㅠ
알림 딜레이
IOS에서 알림이 5-10분씩 딜레이되어 뜨고 있습니다. 라이브서비스를 진행하는 어플인데 실시간 알림을 보내지 못하는건 치명적이라고 생각되네요. 개선 바랍니다.
