Complete waste of space
The app doesn't even open on my phone it crashes before i can even open it. You cant copy phone numbers that message you or from your call history. I never get notified for calls yet my voicemail history is always full. Complete and total waste of money time and storage space
New update doesn’t work
Let’s you answer a call about 5% of the time. Also hard crashes your phone, which is impressively bad.
Absolutely terrible product
I switched to Toky from Aircall after using it for 2 years and what a mistake I have made.
The desktop app is horrendous. Their contact info will not sync with any CRM you use and you need to manually import contact info or manually save each. You also cannot save the contact from the desktop app. You have to use the browser and login to do that.
The phone app will not answer any phone calls. It just doesn’t work. I am using iPhone 11 with iOS 14 and this app just buggy. If do manage to call out and talk to a customer via the phone app, when you finish the call, it still will show that you’re on call forever until you force close the app.
Their support chat took 4 hours to help me answer 3 questions. They don’t respond on time and seem to not care. If you check their reviews on G2.com, they have the lowest customer service rating of any voip app I’ve seen. I should’ve checked that before switching.
Do yourself a favor and use anyone but them.

No notifications
I’m getting no notifications from TOKY whatsoever. No calls or texts. Notification settings are correct. It works on other phones just not mine for some reason iPhone 11 Pro
Great software for all your business needs!
The software interface is beautiful and functionality is great. You get a lot of nice features like hold music and the ability to download recorded calls for training purposes. I love that I can make and receive calls and texts now from my iPhone, so I never miss an important message. I only wish there was an option for 3 way calling to add another caller to the line, a way to turn down the loud hold music and also that the Audio would stop cutting out when I change audio output settings in the middle of a live call. Other than that, worthy of 5 stars!
