The TolHouse Kitchen Display Screen (KDS) app is designed to optimize kitchen management by providing a centralized platform to track and manage orders in real time. As orders are placed through the TolHouse user app, they automatically appear on the KDS app, refreshing regularly to ensure the latest information is always displayed. Key features include: Live Order Tracking: View incoming and upcoming orders directly on the screen. Cooking Progress Updates: Mark individual food items as cooked to keep track of kitchen workflow. Order Completion: Once all items in an order are ready, mark the entire order as "Ready" for pickup or delivery. Recall Feature: Correct mistakes quickly by undoing an order marked as ready through the Recall section. This app ensures efficiency, accuracy, and seamless communication between the kitchen staff and the user app for an enhanced dining experience.
